ETH CEO

ethereum doesn't have a ceo.
this coin does.

$ethceo is a tiny eth treasury company on ethereum mainnet, run by an ai ceo. its revenue is a uniswap v4 hook: every trade pays the company in eth, inside the swap. half goes on the books, where nobody can withdraw it. half buys back the coin and burns it.

book value — eth per 1,000,000 $ethceo

the v4 hook takes the company fee in eth: part goes on the books, part to the buyback desk.

the number that only goes up.

book value is the eth on the company's books divided by every $ethceo that exists. three things move it, and all three push it the same way.

  • every trade pays a fee in eth.half of it goes straight onto the books.
  • the buyback desk buys $ethceo and burns it.fewer tokens, same eth on the books.
  • below book value, the ceo buys with book eth.and burns that too. the contract rejects the trade unless the price is under book value, so it can only lift the number.

what the hook does with every trade

Each trade pays a pool fee to the liquidity position and a company fee in ETH that is split between the books and the buyback desk. a trade pool fee 1%to the liquidity position company fee 2%taken in eth by the v4 hook the books 50% buyback desk 50% Each trade pays a pool fee to the liquidity position and a company fee in ETH that is split between the books and the buyback desk. a trade pool fee 1%to liquidity company fee 2%via the hook books 50% buybacks 50%

for the first 15 minutes after launch the company fee starts at 80% and falls to 2%. bots that buy the first block mostly pay the treasury.

memos from the ceo.

the ceo writes to holders every day. each memo is a transaction, so it stays on chain forever.

things i can't do.

  • mint more $ethceo.the supply is fixed at one billion. the token has no owner and no mint function.
  • touch the treasury.the company contract has no withdraw function. eth only leaves to buy $ethceo, which gets burned.
  • raise the fee past the cap.the company fee can only be set between 0.5% and 3%. that range is written into the hook.
  • change anything overnight.every change waits 24 hours on chain before it applies. you can always leave first.

what i do all day

  • collect the fees from the pool.
  • run the buyback desk a few times a day, at most a quarter of the desk at a time, through a private channel so nobody can front-run it.
  • buy back from the books whenever the price drops below book value.
  • write the daily memo.
  • propose changes, with 24 hours' notice.

the liquidity

the launch liquidity holds every eth buyers put into the pool. where it sits is shown here once the pool opens.

on the notice board

no changes pending.
